Dave Henderson, President & CEO

Dave Henderson is the President & CEO of Osi Vision.  He is responsible for the company’s vision, strategy, leadership, and execution. 

Dave has over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, serving five years as an Air Force officer, and since leaving the Air Force, has founded multiple businesses, and served in a variety of senior executive roles, in both small businesses and large, publicly traded companies. Dave is a passionate entrepreneur with a proven track record of leadership, strategy, innovation, business development, team-building, people development, and execution, across a wide array of functional disciplines including management consulting, engineering, IT, cyber security, telecom, software, and logistics.

Dave is a member of the Chickasaw Nation.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, FL, and an Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University.  He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), an Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).  He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, ISACA, and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).


 

Tony Arevalo, Vice President

For nearly twenty years, Tony served as both a senior executive and advisor to over 100 small companies and clients by providing business growth and management advisement, support and consultancy.   Tony is passionate about corporate governance, restructuring, mergers, and resource optimization to improve the bottom-line and corporate cultures for small business.

Previously serving in the capacity of President, CEO, COO and Vice-President for various firms, Tony has led teams in the development of nearly $150M in federal and commercial business in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and IT working directly with federal Contracting Directorates and Fortune 500 DoD Contractors.  During this time, he has also been fortunate to have managed staffs and teams of over 150 people.  

Prior to his corporate life, Tony worked in the public sector as a senior staff member with local and federal-elected officials where he specialized in community and neighborhood revitalization projects, such as non-profit/for-profit cooperatives.   He has served as a congressional aide; senior Council Member staffer and coordinator; and non-profit exective officer.

Tony has a J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law; a Master’s degree in Political Science (Public Policy) from St. Mary’s University and his Bachelor’s from Texas State University.  He is an active parishioner at the San Fernando Cathedral; and a member of the Catholic Lawyers Guild.  Tony has an Honorable Discharge from the Army.


 

Brian Krauss, Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer for Osi Vision, Brian brings over 25 years of proven leadership and management experience in public and private sector organizations to the company.  Brian’s knowledge and skillset has been honed over the years serving in the US Air Force, helping grow small businesses and leading them through mergers and acquisitions, and senior management positions in large multinational corporations.

Prior to joining Osi Vision, Brian served as the Director of International Business Development for a large multinational aerospace firm where he was responsible for defining the strategy and leading corporate growth in the worldwide aerospace systems sustainment market. 

Brian’s past experience also includes serving in a variety of senior level positions including President, Vice President, and Director of Engineering.  His background is in systems engineering, software development, lifecycle processes, systems sustainment, and cybersecurity. 

Brian received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge.  He holds certifications in software quality assurance and project management.

 


 

Joey Oliver, Chief Strategy Officer

Joey has over 30 years of business management experience with both large and small companies in a
variety of industries, including healthcare, cybersecurity, data management, telecommunications,
energy, agribusiness and contract engineering. Serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief
Financial Officer (CFO), he has actively managed and coordinated all the functional areas of a business.
His focus has always been on strategic planning and the capital efficient execution and implementation
of business strategies to consistently build value based on customer driven demand. Joey’s role for Osi
Vision is to expand business operations in core competencies, including the development of additional
commercial market opportunities and building a remote health monitoring and communications
platform for the effective support of wellness and preventive disease management.
 
Over the last two decades, Joey has been an integral member of executive management teams of several
startup companies, including three venture capital backed medical device companies which successfully
developed and commercialized novel products leading to their acquisition by larger companies. Prior to
managing startup companies, he worked for both private and public companies with international
business operations and was directly involved in managing business units through restructurings and
reorganizations, performance turnarounds, development of new business opportunities, mergers and
integration of acquisitions, and transitioning of divestitures.
 
Joey earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi and has been a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for more than 30 years. He has served on various advisory boards,
including evaluation teams of emerging technology, industry and professional societies, and non-profit
organizations. Joey mentors and advises entrepreneurs and students on the business management and
people development side of building successful organizations and viable companies.


 

Brad Taylor, Director - Crypto and Key Management Solutions

Brad Taylor leads Osi Vision’s Crypto and Key Management Solutions business.

Brad is retired U. S. Navy Chief Communications Officer with 24 years of Service.  After retiring from active duty in 2002, Brad has led multi-disciplinary teams and delivered a wide array of high-end information assurance, cyber, cryptographic and key management engineering support to numerous clients including the Navy Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR), the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS), the Joint Tactical Networking Center, and the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cyber and Cryptographic Systems Division. 

Brad is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS), Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), Cryptographic System Development, Cryptographic Modernization, Tactical Radio / End Crypto Unit Development, and NSA Type-Certification. 

Brad is a regular contributor to the Wounded Warrior Project, Battered Women’s Shelter and ChildSafe. 


 

Doug Beckwith, Director of Logistics

Mr. Beckwith has over 30 years of senior military and commercial executive-level experience. He
serves as the Director of Logistics at Osi Vision, LLC. Doug joined Osi Vision in December 2016.
Doug has served in the capacity Vice President (Operation) for a manufacturing and engineering
company in San Antonio, Texas; and he was the Director, Logistical Management for a technology
firm. During this tenure, he managed multi-million dollar DoD and non-DoD programs with
employee pools of over 100 employees.

He served as a Colonel in the Air Force as the Deputy Director of Logistics, Headquarters Air
Education and Training Command, Randolph AFB, TX. As the deputy director in the absence of
the Director of Logistics, he was responsible to the Commander, Air Education and Training
Command for the logistical support of 10 flying wings and 4 training wings involving maintenance
engineering, supply, transportation and contracting. He set command policy and issued guidance
to his staff and subordinate units; coordinated with other directorates on the AETC staff and with

Air Staff, MAJCOMs and other DoD agencies on matters of logistical support
He entered the United States Air Force in 1974 graduating from Oklahoma State University. He is
a pilot with over 1,800 hours of flying time. He has been a commander at the squadron and group
levels. His duty assignments include operational flying, aircraft maintenance, and logistics. He
has held various positions at wing, center, major command, and Air Force levels.

Mr. Beckwith is from Batavia, New York and his wife Cindy is from Lafayette, Louisiana, a
Registered Nurse. They have two children, a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth and a son Bradley
Douglas.


 

Gary Triche, Director Healthcare Solutions

Gary Triche leads the Osi Vision Healthcare Solutions business.  Gary has over 30 years of experience in healthcare delivery, policy and program management in the military as well as private sector healthcare systems.  He has extensive experience leading complex healthcare operations in academic medical centers, community health and dental centers, research centers, as well as public health advocacy groups.  These experiences honed Gary’s areas of expertise regarding healthcare delivery processes for large and small healthcare organizations with specific interest in organizational design, creative operational/workflow solutions, and deploying effective service delivery and strategic marketing research.  In addition, he has an established a reputation for providing successful organizational leadership in transitional environments. 

Prior to joining the Osi Vision team, Gary was the Chief Operating Officer of the Department of Defense Hearing Center of Excellence, a Congressionally-directed public health organization designed to address the impact of hazardous noise and blast-related injuries on military personnel. Gary’s passion remains helping communities improve the health of their constituents by increasing access to care and more importantly, reducing the confusion, burden and costs that our healthcare delivery system levies on our families and our providers. 

Attaining the rank of colonel, Gary served 26 years as a U.S. Air Force Medical Service Corps officer after receiving a B.S. in Community Health Education from Texas A&M University.  He also earned a Masters in Health Services Administration from The George Washington University earlier in his military career. 


 

Mike Reed, Senior Executive Advisor

Mike Reed is a Senior Executive Advisor for Osi Vision.  Mike was previously Executive Vice President for Innové LLC, founder and CEO of Beyond Tomorrow Innovations and a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton where he led the firm’s USAF and NASA information security and mission assurance teams.  He has provided strategic consulting and advice to a number of organizations and companies to guide them in refining their vision, purpose and goals.

Prior to launching his civilian career, Mike spent 27 years in the United States Air Force, rising to the rank of Colonel and commanding the Cryptologic Systems Group (now Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division). As Commander he led numerous acquisitions and sustained over $2B in classified assets worldwide.

Mike has a BA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Wyoming.  He is a graduate of Defense Systems Management College Advanced Program Manager’s Course and National Defense University, Eisenhower School.  He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), an Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
