Job Summary:
Osi Vision is searching for a candidate to serve as an Enterprise Operations Lead. In support of this position the Enterprise Operations Lead manages and directs a team of Information Assurance (IA) professionals in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity information technology solutions to secure business operations across the Air Force. The task entails managing Information Assurance (IA) subject matter expertise in the areas of policy guidance, product support, implementation strategies, and operational process analysis in support of the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Common Access Card, and Identity and Access Management (IdAM) activities in the Air Force. Requires professional and communications skills needed to coordinate Air Force efforts with both DoD and non-DoD partners.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Experience leading a team of IA professionals and manage their efforts in support of enterprise operations continuity
  • Experience as working in as a liaison between the multiple AF and DoD communities for review of functional and operational requirements and performance of Air Force PKI and IdAM systems
  • Experience and knowledge supporting risk management through identification of risks associated with tradeoffs and technology gaps to include providing risk assessment and mitigation analysis and feedback.
  • Able to identify and analyze operational considerations and constraints that would prevent enterprise solutions from being effectively fielded, operated and supported by various platforms
  • Experience managing a tier 1 support team and coordinate resolution of issues within team of IA professionals
  • Experience providing periodic program reviews and status updates to senior management and customers
  • Knowledge assisting in the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures
  • Able to manage and support other duties as assigned within the primary responsibilities of the Enterprise Operations Lead

Education, Certifications, Licenses and Technical Skills:

  • Engineering Degree or a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams in information technology
  • Experience in drafting highly technical documentation, briefs and reports
  • Experience leading Integrated Product Teams
  • Experience in the Cyber/PKI/IA community
  • Experience in supporting the fielding of new PKI or IA associated software or hardware
  • Ability to communicate highly technical information effectively both orally and in writing
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Knowledge of DoD Acquisition and Risk Management processes
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of contributors in a fast-paced and demanding environment is essential
  • IT Certifications (e.g. CISSP, Sec+) preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Possess and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
